Do you own a resort timeshare or condo? Put it to work for you as an offered property. We will list your property and coordinate its use with you. We do not charge any upfront fees to list your property. We will do all of this for a small commission or minimum processing fee charged for each arranged stay or travel to offset the cost of running this service.

• Resort Name and Website Address
• Fixed week or Points
• Any special requirements for sending guest
• Minimum and maximum stay length
• Minimum and Maximum charger per night

For the Guest

Looking for a place to stay on your next trip or vacation? Don’t limit yourself to just the bed and bathroom of a hotel room. Review our listings and we will work with you to find a place to stay that is more home than hotel. We will provide the interface between you and the owner to coordinate the rental for you.

On this website we will provide links to the various Vacation Ownership/Timeshare listings that the owners use to choose their next vacation. However, you will not be able to see the availability or number of points for a stay.  When you determine the places you want to go and when you let us know and we will let you know what we can offer. It is always best to have some flexibility for both locations and dates and book early.

When we find the resort in the area you want to go, that has the number of bedrooms or occupancy number needed, we will let you know and you can accept it if the price is right for you. For all stays you will be listed as a guest of the owner and will have the same benefits as an owner at the resort.
